We will help you navigate job processes and acknowledge existing obstacles in the workplace that you may come across, so that you will tackle a process or interview with resiliency and confidence. Daman and Margaret treat their clients with utmost respect, honor their privacy and share experiences to enrich your career materials.  

Daman and Margaret use materials that you already have, and elevate it to another level with input, and their methods for material transformation. You can be as involved as you want during the process, or place trust in their ability to transform your career materials with the following method! Using an existing resume review, prospective job description, personal branding questionnaire, and an interview process, a Partners Empowered consultant will work with you one on one to craft a resume from scratch that is tailored to your career objectives, experience, credentials, and accomplishments. 

Have no fear! We will ask you to provide us with some information, like date(s), company/organization name(s), location(s), and brief description of your role and responsibilities, to craft a resume unique to you. Daman and Margaret will start from scratch, all you have to do is let us know what your history is.

Fun fact, did you know not all experience comes through jobs? We will ask you about transferable skills and relevant experience, including academic achievements, volunteer experience, internships, or extracurricular activities that can be translated into transferable job skills. This is a prime example of how Daman and Margaret can help take your attributes without job experience and create something to help you get that first job, your dream job, or just get in the door somewhere.

Your files will be shared in both a word file and PDF formats so that you can easily upload, share or send your files to prospective employers.

We’ve got your back! You will have up to 45 days to review your documents and request two rounds of edits after that time period. 

We will coach you, support you and guide you to get through the interview process. A Partners Empowered consultant will schedule an interview coaching session. We will walk you through a mock interview process and pinpoint any challenges, and provide solutions/techniques to help you confidently navigate your next interview.

Many prospective employers will ask applicants to answer screening questions that will assess your education, experience, technical knowledge, skills, competencies, or abilities required for that position. Screening questions help organizations quickly determine which applicants are qualified for that position. 

Job applications ask for very specific details so completing them takes time. In order for us to ensure we provide the most accurate, personalized, and high quality application we will ask you to provide us with some information to answer the “who”, “what”, “where”, “when”, and “how” for each question.

Partners Empowered Consultant Ltd. will send you an customized invoice and payment can easily be completed from the comfort of your home, with your payment choice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or INTERAC e-Transfer. Payment plans can be sent all at once or we can arrange a payment plan where it is divided in half for your convenience.
